John Cherveny

John Cherveny, owner and contractor for Homes by JMC, has more than 30 years of experience to bring to your home building project. He has a strong business background and work ethic and is known as someone who treats his clients like family. John has degrees in business, finance and accounting (he worked on Wall Street for several years), which translates into a well-run and financially sound entrepreneurial business with superior money management and strong financial integrity for his clients. John likes to dial up the fun factor day-to-day while balancing adherence to firm guiding principals.

John Cherveny is a community-minded business owner who is regularly involved in non-profit initiatives such as building homes for those in need, support of the arts, animal causes and education programs. He also moonlights as the lead singer for a local, popular classic rock band.

Jennifer St. Aubin-Cherveny

Jennifer makes effective use of her strong business and marketing background as well as her extensive social network to help her husband, John Cherveny, with business strategy, marketing initiatives and community involvement and sponsorships for the company.

John Paul Cherveny

John Paul has a background in business and as a licensed real estate professional. He is working as an apprentice under his father, John Cherveny, to learn every aspect of the construction business. He has become an integral part of the Homes by JMC team by helping with marketing, quality control, permitting and office projects. He also oversees certain aspects in the field drawing on his experience in framing and finishing.

Doug Tagner

Doug, with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, handles the daily demands of customer and construction support for Homes by JMC. He manages the day-to-day office operations including overseeing architecture plans, estimating and time management on projects. He contributes a wealth of knowledge to each of the pieces necessary of getting a construction project off the ground as quickly as possible.

Antonio Arellano

Antonio handles Quality Assurance and is our working “super” overseeing any issues that arise in the field. He is highly-skilled in drywall, trim and all other specialty facets of construction making him extremely valuable and capable on the job site. He is John’s right-hand in the field and personally overseas all construction projects to ensure every project is done right.

Julieanne St. Aubin

Julieanne is part of the Homes by JMC marketing team. She handles photography to showcase home projects and contributes to the creative services. She has an accomplished background in marketing, writing, photography and teaching. She brings creativity, expertise, passion and dedication to every project in which she’s involved.

Maya and Cali

Maya and Cali are the Homes by JMC mascots. You may see them lazing around the office or sniffing around job sites as they hang out with their dad and boss, John Cherveny.
